At ALL SEAFOOD COMPANY, the Coquille Saint Jacques is much more than a product. It is our specialty. Fors, with its long experience and recognized expertise in this field, has been able to build strong international supply networks and become a major player in the French Saint-Jacques market.

Since 1997, we have a presence in Peru where we produce scallops. We distribute them with coral in the European market and without coral mainly to the United States. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we also import scallops from other origins: United States, Philippines, Japan and previously from Russia.

In addition to our distribution activities, we have also become producers

Indeed, for several years now, we have developed our own production of French Scallop (Pecten Maximus) caught in Normandy.

This shell is fished from Dieppe to Saint Brieuc (in FAO zone 27 VII) from October to mid-May, it is coral-free from October to mid-March, then coral-free from mid-March to mid-May.

Thanks to a direct supply with fishermen, we guarantee our customers large volumes and optimal freshness from the very moment they disembark.

Once the shells have been fished, they are opened and fully cleaned by hand before being immediately frozen and packaged to preserve their quality. This processing is carried out in a certified Ifs factory where quality requirements are strictly met.

We can offer our nuts in different forms: whole, in half-shells or in walnuts:

Nuts: 10/20 lb and 20/30 lb

Integers: 5-7 pieces/ kilo

In half-shells 10-14 pieces/kilo.

From supply to distribution in France or abroad, we master each step; our double certification guarantees you a noble product, with regularity and impeccable gastronomic quality.
